The Step-by-Step Process
Step 1 - Define the Location of Your Appointments
Decide where you would like your appointments by choosing the postcode area(s) you would like us to prospect.
Step 2 - Decide How Many Appointments You Want
Determine how many appointments you would like per month by talking through your requirements with us. You retain complete flexibility on the number of appointments we make on your behalf each month. Typically, an financial adviser will start out with four or five appointments per month, but this is entirely up to you and can be increased or decreased at any time subject to availability.
Step 3 - Determine Your Appointment Slots
You will supply us with adequate dedicated appointment slots in your diary in which we can book your appointments. This allows you to retain full control over the times of your appointments, helping you maximise your productivity.
Step 4 - Making Your Appointments
Our appointment makers will telephone prospects in order to fill your diary with appointments at the times you have pre-determined. Our team of highly skilled appointment makers have an enviable record of securing appointments with business people.
Step 5 - Appointment Notification
Once we have booked an appointment for you, we will e-mail you the name and address of the prospect, the date and time of the appointment, and any information we have been able to obtain from the prospect.
Step 6 - Confirmation Letter
We will send the prospect a confirmation letter on your letterhead paper. The confirmation letter will contain our freephone number to ring should they need to make any changes. You will also receive a copy of this letter for your records.
Step 7 - Confirmation Phone Calls
We recognise your time is valuable, and it is very frustrating to turn up at an appointment and find the prospect has forgotten about it. The working day before your appointment we therefore telephone your prospect to remind them about the meeting and to ensure they are still able to meet with you.
